Operations Coordinator

In this role, you will have a central function in daily operations where you work closely with both operational functions and management. You will be an important part of creating structure, efficiency, and good communication in the organization.
About the Position
As an operations coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves both operational and administrative work where you plan, follow up on, and support the organization in day-to-day activities.
You work in an environment where the pace can be high at times, and where the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and create clarity is critical.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily operations
Support and guide staff in operational work
Ensure efficient working methods and good structure
Follow up on procedures, deviations, and quality work
Maintain ongoing contact with internal and external partners
Contribute to development and improvement of the organization
Ensure that work is conducted in accordance with applicable guidelines and safety requirements
We Are Looking for You If You
Have B and C driver's licenses
Have experience from the transport or logistics industry
Are accustomed to working in a structured manner and making decisions in everyday situations
Have good computer skills and can handle administrative tasks
Communicate fluently in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English
It Is Advantageous If You Have:
YKB certification
Post-secondary education in logistics, leadership, or similar field
Experience from operations-intensive organizations
