Do you want to lead people, develop businesses, and create world-class service? Now ISS Cleaning is looking for an engaged and business-driven Operations Manager for our operations in Gothenburg. ABOUT THE ROLE As Operations Manager, you have overall responsibility for your operations area and lead the delivery of our services, primarily within facility cleaning but also other services such as reception and janitorial services may occur. You are responsible for economics, personnel, and customer relations, and ensure that delivery is in accordance with customer agreements, set targets, and ISS's high quality standards. You work actively with customers to develop the business, identify improvement opportunities, and create added value. You have direct responsibility for approximately 50 employees and work closely with team leaders who support the daily operations. Through a present and coaching leadership style, you create conditions for employees to develop, thrive, and perform. You are responsible for ensuring that the operations are properly sized and staffed, and you ensure that work is conducted in accordance with laws, agreements, and ISS policies and values. Your workplace is in Mölndal, where you are part of the region's management team together with the Regional Manager and six other Operations Managers. The position is a permanent full-time employment starting by agreement. We apply a six-month probationary period. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE: Upper secondary education Leadership experience with personnel, economic, and customer responsibility Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Driver's license (Category B) MERITORIOUS: Experience from a labor-intensive service business Experience in facility cleaning, Facility Management, or similar operations APPLICATION Welcome to submit your application by August 10.
