We have been operating since 2008 with headquarters in Lidingö. We handle a wide variety of projects, which is both challenging and stimulating. We carry out both smaller and larger contracts, particularly for well-known companies and public clients. One of our largest business areas is environmental services, where operating municipally-owned Recycling Centers, Reuse Stations, and Mobile Collection Services form the core. What does the job involve? As Operations Manager for Environmental Services, you will be responsible for the operations of recycling centers, reuse stations, and mobile collection services. Your work is directly linked to the company's largest client, and together with your team, you ensure that the operations contract functions as intended and that the client is satisfied. You will be a key liaison between the client and the organization. Your leadership and operational presence will be critical. You will participate in staffing decisions, restructuring, and contribute to strategic decisions, procurements, and evaluations. You will have the opportunity to shape the role, and there is considerable support available for someone with the right drive and interest. You will work alongside colleagues in a small team where you collectively ensure well-functioning operations. Where is the work performed? The work area covers Stockholm and surrounding regions. You will be based at the office in Lidingö. Who are you? You are a curious, responsible, and engaged person who can work both independently and as part of a team. We would like you to have experience maintaining close contact with clients, either through some form of operations or another field where customer satisfaction is central. You have good interpersonal skills, a sense of customer service, and strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Your other qualifications - Minimum four years of experience in a supervisory position with personnel responsibility - Ability to successfully navigate between operational and administrative work - Strong administrative competence and basic computer skills (primarily MS Office) - Education or experience in administration or customer management - Class B driver's license (manual transmission) - Good command of the Swedish language Employment - Permanent position; probationary employment may apply. - Full-time; start immediately or by agreement. - Fixed monthly salary. - Wellness allowance.
