We are now recruiting two Operations and Maintenance Technicians for our team in Hudiksvall! Together you are responsible for ensuring the facility reaches its full potential and is operated in an environmentally sound, safe, and cost-effective manner through continuous improvements. The role focuses on ongoing operational monitoring, optimization of production units and distribution networks. You will work across five facilities in the surrounding area but will be based at the Djupedsverket facility. In addition, this includes: • Routine patrols • Preventive and corrective maintenance • Tractor operation on facility grounds Working hours vary depending on the operational season and may include shift work as well as on-call duty. On-call duty means you must be able to report to the facility within 60 minutes. We are looking for someone who • Has a technical background, for example as an operations technician, process operator, mechanic, or electrician, with a good understanding of both operational processes and control systems. • Has good skills in the Office suite • Holds a B-class driver's license • Speaks and writes fluent Swedish, as the language is used in daily work It is advantageous if you: • Have previously worked with combustion processes • Have training in operations and maintenance • Possess good mechanical knowledge and/or electrical competence You are motivated by taking responsibility and independently driving and planning your work forward.
