About the Position
We are seeking an engaged and technically skilled Operations and Maintenance Technician who wants to be a key person in creating a safe, efficient, and well-functioning facility environment.
With us, you will have a varied and responsible role where you work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues and external suppliers. You contribute to ensuring that our facility operates optimally – every day.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for ongoing technical operations and ensuring that the facility is kept in good condition.
Your main tasks include:
Operation and maintenance of properties and technical systems.
Operation and maintenance of tank and washing facilities.
Performing planned and preventive inspections and documenting according to routine.
Conducting fire safety inspections and acting as facility manager for fire alarms according to our systematic fire protection work.
Ensuring that equipment subject to inspection requirements is managed and documented according to applicable regulations.
Prioritizing, addressing, and reporting incoming requests in our digital system.
Being a contact person with external suppliers regarding service, inspections, and urgent operational matters.
Responsible for correct waste management according to environmental requirements.
Procuring consumable materials according to standards and needs.
Participating in operational meetings for planning and follow-up.
Actively contributing to improvements in routines, working methods, and technical solutions.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Technical competence in operations, maintenance, property management, or equivalent field.
Good computer skills and experience with digital case management and documentation.
Practical skills and a strong interest in technology.
Class B driver's license.
Desirable:
Upper secondary education in facility technology or experience from the property or construction industry.
Knowledge of control and regulation technology.
Experience/training in:
– Facility Manager for Fire Alarms
– Hot Work
– Electrical Safety
– Lift/Forklift
Employment Type, Scope, and Location
The position is permanent with an initial probationary period of six months. The role is full-time and based at Bilmånsson in Eslöv.
