Operations & Staffing Manager at Simplex Bemanning – Southern Region Simplex Bemanning is growing rapidly in southern Sweden. In a short time, we have built strong customer relationships and delivered results we are truly proud of – and now we want to expand. We are looking for someone who wants to jump on an already rolling journey and help drive Region South to the next level, with the goal of becoming the obvious choice for customers in warehouse, logistics, production, and transport throughout the region. About the Role As Operations & Staffing Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for operations at our customers in Region South. You work closely with the regional manager and have great freedom to shape the role – but also clear accountability to deliver. Here there are no long decision-making processes, just high tempo, close customer relationships, and a drive to always stay one step ahead. The role includes, among other things: Personnel responsibility for our consultants (recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and follow-up) Operational responsibility for our customers' on-site operations Regular customer meetings and daily contact to ensure high quality and long-term relationships Work with planning, scheduling, and staffing Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and contribute to the region's growth Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is unpretentious about what needs to be done and who puts customer delivery at the center. You understand how customers' operations work – whether it's a warehouse, a production facility, or a transport department – and you know what it takes to keep the flow going. You have experience in the staffing industry or are a leader with a background in, for example, warehouse or production who wants to take a new step. The most important thing is your desire to grow with the role, take own initiatives, and take full responsibility.
