Subsidized Position: Social Work Coordinator

Job Responsibilities - SOCIAL WORK COORDINATOR Methodically leads a team consisting of a case manager and social worker. Provides case supervision and monitors compliance with procedures. Ensures quality of project activities and evaluates impacts on the target population. Prepares documentation and collaborates with the administrative team on monitoring and evaluation reports. Coordinates external communication with institutions, stakeholders, political representatives, and the public. Monitors implementation of city strategic documents and proposes updates and recommendations for change. Connects field experience with city strategic decisions and existing cooperation platforms.
