Methodologically, the project is based primarily on experimental studies and psychometric approaches, with the possibility of also applying neuroscientific methods. The work is conducted within the discipline of psychology, characterized by a personal and close-knit environment with collegial support among colleagues. The doctoral student will be part of an interdisciplinary and internationally oriented research environment and work in close collaboration with advisors, while great emphasis is placed on developing independence in planning, implementation, and scientific communication.
