RĪGAS BIZNESA SKOLĀ
for one (1) DOCENT (practical) position (0.5 FTE) – in the Economics and Business field, Business Management sub-field
The positions are intended to ensure the development and implementation of study courses in the Rīgas Biznesa Skola professional master's program.
Requirements for applicants:
- PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field of science with specialization in strategy, innovation, digital transformation, and corporate governance. Desired competence in senior management, use of artificial intelligence in education, youth development, social entrepreneurship, and economics;
- Professional experience relevant to the teaching subject of at least 7 (seven) years;
- Experience of at least 6 years in developing and implementing study courses in English, conducting lectures and practical classes, as well as organizing and ensuring student knowledge assessment in English;
- Experience in developing and implementing study course assessment and examination content;
- English language proficiency at no lower than B2 level to conduct classes for students, given that the educational institution is international;
- State language proficiency at C1 level.
Salary from 1460.00 EUR (gross) for full-time employment.

an application addressed to the rector regarding participation in the competition;
curriculum vitae indicating scientific, pedagogical, and organizational work experience and a list of published works over the past 6 (six) years (it is recommended to attach the list of published works as a separate appendix), as well as any other documents the applicant wishes to attach to provide a more complete description of their qualifications;
copies of documents confirming scientific/academic degrees or higher education and, if necessary, other documents as specified in regulations (for example, documents confirming state language proficiency level, etc.), presenting their originals if the applicant is participating in the competition at RTU for the first time and has not previously submitted these document copies to the Personnel Department.
