JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking an Animal Care Assistant Level 2 for our clinic in Vårsta to work with all animal species, primarily small animals. Your responsibilities will include typical tasks for an Animal Care Assistant Level 2, such as cleaning, washing, and dishwashing. Answering the customer phone line is an important part of the work. You should be able to provide advice, conduct initial assessments, book appointments, and in emergency cases coordinate transportation or referrals to the nearest veterinarian. You will work within the small animal clinic in both radiography, laboratory, sterile, and surgical areas. No two days are alike since we work with varying animal species and conditions. Your opinions and ideas are important for moving us forward, and together we develop the business every day as a team. We therefore work with continuous improvements in our work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who is an Animal Care Assistant Level 2. Previous experience working in veterinary care is a requirement, such as blood sampling, hands-free radiography, nutritional counseling, and ID-marking, etc. We are looking for you who is self-motivated and takes responsibility for your tasks while being collaborative and valuing good teamwork. You are also thorough, organized, and loyal. You need to be a team player who adapts to the group and has good communication skills. You thrive working at a fast pace, can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and want to develop further. You will also answer the phone and therefore need good communication skills and a sense of customer service. A driver's license (category B) is required.
