🐄 DO YOU LOVE ANIMALS AND HAVE A GOOD EYE FOR THEM? At Ängagården, we are making our biggest investment ever. We are building a new modern dairy barn for approximately 500 cows with nine Lely robots. Work has just begun, and now we are looking for an animal handler who wants to be part of our journey. Initially, you will primarily work in the VIP section of our current barn. There we care for calves, newly calved cows, and animals that need extra care and supervision. At the same time, you will be part of building the future work methods and team from the beginning as we prepare for the new barn. Our goal is to create the best possible environment for both animals and people. The new barn is being planned with a strong focus on animal welfare, work environment, and modern, sustainable milk production. Who are we looking for? We are open to different backgrounds and experiences. Perhaps you have worked with dairy cows for a long time, or you have practical experience with, for example, horses, agriculture, or animal care and want to develop yourself in milk production. For us, your attitude and commitment are important, but the work also requires that you are comfortable with practical and physical work. You need to be prepared to work closely with both large and small animals and be able to follow clear routines regarding animal health, hygiene, and safety. Facts about the position Scope: Full-time Employment type: Permanent employment that begins with a probationary period Working hours: Rotating schedule with work every third weekend. Shifts can start at 06:00 Start date: September 2026 or later by agreement Workplace: Ängagården, just outside Malmö Salary: Individual salary setting based on experience, competence, and responsibility.
