Just outside Målilla at Hagelsrums Gård, we operate dairy production with 15 milking robots. We are looking for you to join our team of animal caretakers and mainly work with daily routines in dairy production and calf rearing. We are looking for someone with a good eye for animals, preferably a few years of work experience, who is stress-tolerant, collaborates well with others in a team as well as works independently, communicates well, and wants to be part of a developing operation. It is meritorious if you have an education in agriculture, basic stable management knowledge, and work experience in dairy production. A Class B driver's license and good English language skills in both speaking and writing are required as we have employees from several different nations. Some machinery operation occurs within the operation.
