Duties The position involves varied tasks for a nurse at a primary care center such as telephone consultation, appointment scheduling, assessment, and triage at direct reception. About the Workplace Primary Care Center Hertig Knut is a medium-sized primary care center with approximately 9,400 registered patients. The facility is located in central Halmstad. The primary care center consists of a physician's office and district nurse's office, a lab for blood tests, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, a psychosocial team, a child health center, and specialist clinics for asthma/COPD and diabetes. We have a welcoming work environment and work based on person-centered care. Our staff is very open to change, and we continuously work to strengthen teamwork further between different professional groups. In the ongoing change process, our goal is to become more digital.
