1 position(s). Your Workplace The Social Services Sector in Härryda Municipality is now seeking an engaged district nurse or registered nurse for the nursing unit. The Nursing Unit is responsible for municipal primary care and works with patients in both regular and special housing within care and support services as well as functional support. With us, approximately 45 nurses work across the entire municipality but are based at our offices in Mölnlycke. There are good transportation connections – bus and train are only a few minutes' walk from the workplace. The work is characterized by close collaboration between different professions and active work based on the principles of good and accessible care, where accessibility, continuity, and participation are central. Our values place both patient and staff safety at the center. Your Assignment As a district nurse/registered nurse, you are responsible for providing safe and secure care to our patients. The role is varied and combines independent work with close teamwork. Your main responsibilities include: Medical assessments and nursing interventions Planning and follow-up of care Collaboration with other professions and stakeholders Documentation in digital systems Participation in quality and improvement work You work evening/night shifts together with other colleagues. The work includes both planned and acute interventions during the night. Working hours are 23:00–08:00. Continuous 8-week schedule including weekends. As more advanced care is shifted from hospitals to homes, municipal primary care is developing, and we therefore need more people who want to contribute to this important development. What This Position Requires You are a thoughtful and empathetic person who focuses on the patient and works with quality in every interaction. You thrive in collaboration, contribute to a positive work environment, and have the ability to work independently. We would like it if you: Are a licensed registered nurse, preferably with further training as a district nurse Have experience in health and medical care (experience from municipal operations is an asset) Are flexible and responsible Want to contribute to the development of the operations Value a good work environment and collaboration Hold a category B driver's license Great weight is placed on personal suitability. To obtain employment, a certificate from the Police Criminal Record must be presented. A certificate from the Suspicion Register may also be relevant depending on the position.
