1 position(s). Your Workplace The Social Services Department in Härryda Municipality is now seeking a dedicated district nurse or nurse for the nursing unit. The nursing unit is responsible for municipal primary care and works with patients in both ordinary and special housing within care and support services as well as functional support. We have approximately 45 nurses working here. We work throughout the municipality but operate from our offices in Mölnlycke. There are excellent transportation connections – bus and train are only a few minutes' walk from the workplace. Work is characterized by close collaboration between different professions and active efforts based on principles of good and accessible care, where availability, continuity, and participation are central. Our values place both patient and staff safety at the center. Your Assignment As a district nurse/nurse, you are responsible for providing safe and secure care to our patients. The role is varied and combines independent work with close team collaboration. Your main responsibilities include: Medical assessments and nursing interventions Planning and monitoring of care Collaboration with other professions and actors Documentation in digital systems Participation in quality improvement work You will work evening shifts together with other colleagues. Work includes both planned and acute interventions during evening hours. Working hours are 15:00-15:30-23:30. Continuous 8-week schedule including weekends. As more advanced care is transferred from hospitals to homes, municipal primary care is developing, and we therefore need more people who want to contribute to this important development. What This Position Requires You are a receptive and empathetic person who puts the patient in focus and works with quality in every interaction. You enjoy collaboration, contribute to a positive work environment, and have the ability to work independently. We would like you to: Be a licensed nurse, preferably with further training as a district nurse Have experience in health and medical care (experience from municipal services is a merit) Be flexible and responsible Wish to contribute to the development of the operation Value a good work environment and collaboration Have a valid driver's license (category B) Great weight is placed on personal suitability. To obtain employment, a certificate from the Police's criminal records register must be provided. A certificate from the suspicion register may also be relevant depending on the position.
