Sandbyhov Health Center is located in Norrköping and currently has approximately 14,900 registered patients. The health center is situated in bright and modern facilities. Job Description
As a new nurse in our organization, we offer you a tailored introduction based on your needs and experience. You will have your own mentor. We view continued professional development positively and there are excellent opportunities for personal growth. At the health center, we also offer in-house training in CPR for both children and adults, and bleeding control. You work Monday - Friday, 40 h/work week. No weekends or public holidays. As a nurse at the health center, you will have varied tasks including primarily telephone advice/digital care and clinic work. Remote work via tele Q can be discussed. You will meet a broad spectrum of patients in terms of age and symptoms. No two days are the same.
You work as part of a team with other professional groups. You also work independently and make your own assessments both by phone and at the clinic.
Work Group
We are a large health center with many different professions, including nurses, district nurses, district doctors, resident doctors, nursing assistants, and others. We are a great group with strong cohesion that enjoys organizing fun activities both at the workplace and after work.

About You
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, preferably with further training as a district nurse.
Previous experience in primary care and telephone advice is an asset. You are confident in your professional role and make well-founded decisions. You work independently while being a team player.
We work closely together and need good communication to succeed in solving the tasks we encounter daily. Therefore, this position suits you if you enjoy collaboration and are attentive and communicative with colleagues, patients, and relatives.
As you work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. We use the Cosmic medical record system.
