We care for you and offer professional development throughout your career. About Us Närhälsan Kallebäck health center opened in October 2023 in brand new facilities. The health center is located in an expanding and partly new residential area just south of Liseberg in the Centrum district of Gothenburg. We offer digital services such as video consultations, self-check-in, self-monitoring, cognitive behavioral therapy, 1177, as well as a chat function and online triage. The health center started with a smaller staff team that will be expanded gradually. The staff team is the hub that, together with the operations manager, drives the development of the new health center. Kallebäck and Ekmanska health centers work closely together and share a common operations manager. Read more about the benefits and perks we offer at Närhälsan: Link to our website About the Role Your tasks at the health center span a broad range of work and include general medicine, where you meet patients of all ages and in all situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via phone, home visits, digital consultations, and at the clinics. Work includes both acute and planned activities. You work largely independently with your own practice where you triage, treat, and follow up with patients. You collaborate closely with your colleagues on the unit and work cross-professionally in the team, as well as with other actors such as home care and specialist care. Together with health center management, you are responsible for developing and driving the practice forward. Educating future colleagues is an important and rewarding part of our mission, so mentoring students is also part of your role at the health center. About You You are a licensed registered nurse, preferably with specialist training as a district nurse and/or diabetes nurse (minimum 15 ECTS credits). It is advantageous if you have experience working in primary care and/or have mentor training (7.5 ECTS credits). We are looking for someone who takes initiative at work and feels confident making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. You meet many patients in this role, so it is important that you are approachable, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe you enjoy teamwork and have a natural ability to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts in your work. You communicate well both verbally and in writing, and you are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and clinic visits.
