Your Assignment
As a registered nurse at Storvreta Health Center, you will work with patient contact both at the clinic, urgent care, and via phone and chat. We have several specialist clinics and the work is highly varied, with accessibility in focus. As a nurse at the health center, you will need to be flexible and work with different professionals in both small and large teams.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a registered nurse, preferably with experience from primary care. It is also an advantage if you have training as a diabetes nurse or heart failure nurse. As a person, you are positive, have a flexible work style and good ability to collaborate with others on the team, while also having the experience and drive to work independently. You also have a good ability to develop the operations together with other professions at the clinic. We place great importance on personal qualities.
Our Operations
Storvreta Health Center is part of the Primary Care and Health division of Region Uppsala and is located in a community north of Uppsala. You can easily get there via the Upptåget train, which takes 9 minutes from Uppsala. There is also a bike path from central Uppsala if you prefer the more active option on a nice summer day. We offer most services within primary healthcare, and everyone at the health center works to provide our patients with the best possible care. We work in continuous development with work environment and patient safety in focus. Daily rounds and improved teamwork are things we work hard on. In recent years we have been expanding, and the goal is to continue to improve and maintain accessibility, job satisfaction, and the good community that exists at the health center.
