Förslöv Health Center is growing, and we have approximately 6,300 registered patients and 24 dedicated staff members who work in teams for the benefit of our patients. Our facilities have also been expanded, and operations have been conducted in completely renovated premises since fall 2022. We offer good accessibility with high quality and professional treatment. Our goal is good health and quality of life for our patients, ensuring they come into contact with the right person and receive the right care. We offer physician consultations, child health services (BVC), district nurse consultations, and specialist consultations in areas such as diabetes, asthma/COPD, and elderly care. We also have physiotherapists, a social worker, occupational therapist, and dietitian on staff. 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES You will have varied work where you independently assess care needs, examine, and treat patients of all ages. You provide advice and support in self-care and help create security for both patients and their families. You become part of a dedicated team where different professionals collaborate closely around the patient. The work involves patient contacts through our acute flow, telephone advice, digital care systems, and outpatient visits, which gives you a broad and developmental role. Together, we create a comprehensive solution where your contribution is an important part of the care chain. QUALIFICATIONS We welcome you if you are a licensed nurse with further training as a district nurse and have authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at least at level C1 according to the Council of Europe's framework is a requirement. We would like to see that you have experience in primary care and/or work with elderly patients, but we also welcome newly qualified nurses. Furthermore, we require a valid Class B driver's license, as travel may occur as part of the position. For you, good treatment with the patient in focus is self-evident. You work well in collaboration with colleagues but also have the ability to independently organize your work and make your own decisions. We want you to have a positive attitude and contribute to finding solutions that move us forward. You need to feel comfortable with the fact that work tasks can vary and be flexible when the situation requires it. We place great importance on personal suitability.
