Gustavsberg Health Center is one of Sweden's largest primary care centers. Just 20 minutes by bus from Slussen, you will find independent and varied work in a fantastic archipelago setting.
We provide mobile home care services in the home environment in Gustavsberg, Ingarö, and Värmdö. Our home care team consists of approximately 15 permanent employees who work independently but in close collaboration with each other. Access to a home care physician is available 5 days a week. We work on weekdays without weekend shifts, Monday to Friday with free evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
At Gustavsberg Health Center, home care is located together with MVC (Maternal and Child Care), BVC (Child Health Care), Rehabilitation, first-line psychiatry, general practice, gynecological clinic, and ENT clinic all in one building. This facilitates collaboration with various professionals and specialists. The building also has a delightful dining hall.

Job Responsibilities:
The work involves typical duties of a district nurse/registered nurse in home care.
Qualifications:
We are looking for you who is a district nurse or registered nurse.
Preferably with experience in home care.
A Class B driver's license is required.
Personal Qualities:
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who contributes to our good work environment. You need to be collaborative but also able to take independent responsibility. You are service-oriented and can give that "little extra" to the patients you meet. The workload can vary, which requires flexibility and organized work methods. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Employment Form:
Permanent employment, 100%. A probationary period may be applied.

- criminal record checks are conducted before employment decisions according to SLSO's comprehensive guidelines for background checks in employment.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo occupational health screening, according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- requires, in addition to Swedish professional credentials, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR). The same requirement is guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
