Job Description To meet increased patient flow, we are seeking a district nurse or registered nurse, preferably with prescribing rights, for work both at the clinic and within home healthcare. Clinic: clinic visits, telephone advice and triage, as well as other typical duties at a health center. Home Healthcare: we are responsible for approximately 100 enrolled patients distributed across six districts. Work is conducted in teams together with physicians, district nurses, and nursing assistants. You will meet a stable, pleasant, and competent work team that strives to provide the best possible care. We value collaboration, responsibility, and knowledge sharing. We offer, among other things, seven training days per year and generous wellness compensation. Qualifications Licensed district nurse or registered nurse, preferably with several years of experience. Experience from primary care, both clinic and home healthcare, is meritorious. You are confident in your professional role, self-directed, and at the same time a team player. You can independently plan, prioritize, and make decisions with patient safety as the focus. You have good communication skills, are flexible, solution-oriented, and contribute to a good work environment. Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Category B driver's license is required. Knowledge of the TakeCare journal system and MBX telephone system is meritorious. Employment Terms Permanent employment, full-time (100%).
