Would you like to become part of our team at Sollefteå Health Center? We are now seeking a district nurse/nurse with a genuine interest in cardiac care. This is a permanent full-time position with a start date by mutual agreement. Job Responsibilities With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and support our operations. As a nurse, you will work with: Heart failure patients Assessments at the assessment clinic Telephone consultations Wound dressing changes Standard nursing duties in primary care We have a safe and stable work group with many experienced colleagues who will support you. With us, you will receive thorough onboarding and support in your role as a nurse.
