Welcome to Handen Primary Care Center and Dalarö Branch! We are now seeking an engaged colleague to join Handen Primary Care Center. Handen Primary Care Center is located adjacent to Handen city center, with restaurants, grocery stores, and excellent public transportation. We also have rehabilitation services and a child health center as part of our unit. In Dalarö, in the beautiful archipelago environment, we have a small branch clinic serving the local population. Handen Primary Care Center is growing and currently has nearly 21,200 registered patients with continued growth. We have integrated home healthcare with approximately 200 enrolled patients with a designated home healthcare physician. We have a psychosocial team with a psychologist, psychotherapist, social workers, and rehabilitation coordinator. Two podiatrists. Nurse-led diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, osteoporosis, and elderly care programs. We have a minor orthopedic clinic working as a team with a physiotherapist and a minor emergency clinic with close collaboration with the local emergency clinic. We operate an SMO clinic (coordinated medical care for persons with functional disabilities). We are one of four such clinics in Stockholm. Qualifications: Licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine with authorization to work in Swedish healthcare. Meritorious: Previous experience working in primary care.
