We are the small health center with big opportunities and we are looking for someone who wants to develop together with us. We are developing our processes in insurance medicine and need you in that work. Working with insurance medicine will be part of your responsibilities (50%). We offer a permanent full-time position, with start date by agreement.

Your Assignment
With us, you will work in close collaboration with all professions at the health center. Your work tasks consist of clinic work with acute and planned visits. You will be part of, among other things, the team with physiotherapists, rehabilitation coordinator and coordinator; we also plan team home visits with other agencies. We have good routines and excellent collaboration with the municipality. It also includes supervision of medical students and AT-/ST-physicians as well as some on-call/standby duties.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for someone with specialist competence in general medicine, with Swedish medical licensure and good ability to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing. You enjoy working together with other professions close to the patient and would like to contribute to the development of the organization. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Our Operations
Östervåla is located in beautiful agricultural and forest countryside in Heby Municipality northwest of Uppsala. The health center has 31 dedicated employees consisting of physicians, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, physiotherapist, dietician, psychologist, and social worker. We are responsible for 6,300 listed patients. The operations also include the district nurse clinic in Tärnsjö. We work from the patient's perspective and place a strong emphasis on quality and patient safety.
