The role of District Physician As a district physician at Bra Liv Gnosjö Health Center, you are offered an independent position where you have opportunities to influence your work. The work is varied with scheduled and acute patient visits, supervision of trainee physicians, collaboration with home care services, and the opportunity to work at the municipality's special residential facilities and/or child health services. We also offer you engaging and exciting work close to the public with many contact points where your expertise is valued and stimulated. On-call duty and standby service at Närakuten are part of the position. The position is a permanent employment at 100%, but the employment level can be discussed according to your wishes. Start date by agreement. Your future workplace Bra Liv Gnosjö Health Center is a medium-sized health center with over 9,700 registered patients and is the only health center in Gnosjö municipality. We are part of Vårdcentralerna Bra Liv, the region-run primary care in Jönköping County consisting of 33 health centers close to our patients throughout the county. Gnosjö Health Center has just under 50 employees from various professions. We constantly work to ensure satisfied patients and are engaged in improvement efforts. Your profile We are looking for you who: • Have proof of specialist competence and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level). • Have experience as a district physician as you will be shaping the development of our physician team and operations in general. You will play a central role there. • Have experience supervising trainee physicians and other professionals at the health center. • Can work independently and with various professional groups. • Are engaged and responsible and understand the importance of good patient relations. • Are flexible and want to develop and improve operations together with us. • Absorb new knowledge, work according to the latest research, and serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues. • Can adapt your work, patient relations, and approach based on the patient and situation. • Hold a B-category driver's license. • Through good collaboration with management and colleagues, want to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment.
