Mobilia Healthcare Center is a well-established practice with stable staffing. We support each other's expertise to provide support in our work and to deliver quality patient care. Currently, we have approximately 8,200 registered patients.

You are a composed person who maintains calm and focus regardless of the situation. You have a flexible and curious approach and strong collaborative skills. We place great importance on personal suitability. You will work closely with your colleagues on the unit and in an interprofessional team. Together with the healthcare center management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operation forward.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative in their work and is confident in making independent decisions. You are thorough, have good problem-solving abilities, and can effectively prioritize your work tasks. Your responsibilities at the healthcare center span a broad field within general medicine, where you meet patients of all ages and in various situations. You work in a health-promoting, advisory, and treatment capacity in primary care, both via telephone, in-person at the clinic, and digitally. The work is largely independent, requiring you to make your own assessments and decisions. On our unit, we work daily with joint assessments where you as a physician, together with nurses and other professionals, evaluate patients.
You will meet many patients, so it is important that you are approachable, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe you will enjoy teamwork and find it natural to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You communicate well both verbally and in writing, and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and in-person clinic visits.
