Welcome to Rydebäck Health Center, a health care unit with just over 7,800 registered patients, where staff take great responsibility for service quality and the social environment. The health center is located in a fantastic station town on the border between Helsingborg and Landskrona with proximity to the sea. You can easily reach it regardless of your preferred transportation—there's a train and bus station, proximity to the highway, and a wonderful bike path from both north and south. We currently have approximately 30 dedicated employees from various professions working together toward the goal of becoming Skåne's best health center. Our health center has several well-functioning clinics with a broad range of services for patients, including diabetes, asthma/COPD, elderly care and district nurse clinics, as well as a popular child health center. We have a rehabilitation team and physical therapy with a gym, and we manage a residential care facility. We also have specialists, residents in training, a rehabilitation coordinator, dietitian, and occupational therapist. We work in a multidisciplinary manner with all patients assigned to a named physician and an associated team. We're also at the forefront of digital development and strive for high-quality care and good accessibility through phone, 1177, with both digital and in-person visits for our patients. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a district nurse at our health center, you have an important role where we are committed to making full use of your expertise. Most of your work involves running your own clinic and close collaboration with the elderly physician who cares for patients in the municipality and the most vulnerable elderly. Part of the position involves telephone triage, physical triage, and more. You work with everything from health prevention measures to caring for acutely ill patients. You also collaborate closely with other key staff members at the clinic to provide good, personal care for our patients. QUALIFICATIONS We're seeking a licensed nurse with specialist training as a district nurse and authorization to practice within Swedish healthcare. Swedish language skills at least equivalent to level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required for this position. We consider it a merit if you have experience working in primary care. It is also a merit if you have experience with clinic work in elderly care. To succeed in this role, you are thorough, flexible, and have a positive approach. The role also requires good collaboration skills. We would also like to see interest in working on development and improvement initiatives. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
