Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Nearby Care together with Ambulance Services, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Primary care is organized into 4 nearby care districts, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services are integrated under good and nearby care. Each nearby care district is an economic unit led by a chief operating officer. Primary care also manages the region's healthcare advisory service, youth clinic, and the nearby care unit Näva, which are all grant-financed.

DUTIES
Working as a district nurse at a health center traditionally involves tasks such as patient reception work, telephone consultation, teamwork with physicians and other staff members. The work is also highly varied and includes acute tasks. Depending on your educational background and interests, there may also be opportunities to specialize in a particular area.
