Your Main Responsibilities As District Manager, you have overall profit and budget responsibility for your district and personnel responsibility for employees in your area. You serve as a link between the sales team and company management, where you coach, inspire, and develop your team members. The role is both strategic and operational. You lead your team with situational leadership and are also responsible for your own customer portfolio. As District Manager, you work closely with customers, monitor results, and actively contribute to company growth. Your main responsibilities include: • Responsible for district sales, results, and budget. • Lead and develop employees within the district, including recruitment and performance reviews. • Plan, conduct, and follow up on team meetings, scorecards, and employee conversations. • Ensure that processes, routines, and strategies are followed. • Conduct joint visits with salespeople to develop skills in the sales process. • Participate in customer activities and provide support in sales work. • Work with business and CRM systems as well as other sales tools. • Contribute to a good work environment and comply with quality and environmental management systems. • Continuously develop your own competence. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with a high school diploma, preferably with a technical focus, and experience in sales and leadership. You have a genuine interest in business development and are accustomed to creating and developing long-term customer relationships. You have: • Experience in sales and leadership • Strong ability to plan, drive, and follow up on operations and results • Experience coaching and developing employees • Good analytical skills and business acumen • Driver's license (required) Previous experience from the industrial sector is meritorious but not required. You are a confident and engaged leader with the ability to inspire others and create engagement. You are organized, results-oriented, and thrive in a role where you can combine operational work with strategic responsibility.
