Our operations include physician and nursing clinics, home care services, diabetes care, asthma/COPD and elderly care clinics. We also have a psychologist and social worker clinic. We have short decision-making processes and good collegial collaboration at the clinic; we are 15 employees in total.

Work tasks:
Work as a registered nurse / district nurse involves typical work tasks for a nurse at a health center.
Work is primarily in home care services, but if needed, clinic work can be alternated. The work requires broad competence and independence.
Experience in home care services is a merit, as collaboration is important and the ability to handle both clinic and home care work. At the clinic we would like to see that you have the ability to work independently with your own practice.
Qualifications:
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or district nurse and want to further develop care at Hagalund Health Center. It is a merit if you have experience in primary and home care services.
We use the Take Care medical records system.
Employment form:
Temporary employment with excellent opportunities for extension. Full-time 100%, part-time can possibly be discussed. Working hours Monday-Friday. Start date by agreement.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability and are looking for someone who is accustomed to working independently. You have good collaboration skills and can work flexibly. We would like to see that you work with a positive and ethical approach and work based on evidence-based principles.

- a criminal records check is conducted before an employment decision is made in accordance with SLSO's general instructions for criminal records checks at hiring.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a medical examination for new hires, according to applicable directives, which is conducted through occupational health before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language equivalent to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirement is guideline for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
