We are looking for you with a genuine interest in adult education, pedagogy, and professional development The position involves working remotely as a teacher through our itslearning platform. You are responsible for planning, delivering, and systematically ensuring quality and developing distance instruction based on our curriculum guidelines. You work with assessment, grading, and documentation, and support students based on individual needs and established study plans. You encourage student participation, creativity, and personal care. As a person, you are flexible, creative, responsible, and well-organized. You enjoy collaboration and value strong relationships with students and colleagues. Your Profile Licensed/qualified teacher (REQUIRED) Qualification to teach either Chemistry or Physics Qualification in Mathematics is a merit Experience and strong personal commitment to learning and adult education specifically Good digital skills, experience in adult education, distance teaching, digitalization, and teaching students with a native language other than Swedish are merits Additional Information This is a fee-based position with the possibility of permanent employment.
