More at www.uskhk.eu ----> CAREER We require: - minimum secondary education (ÚSO) completed with a diploma - advantageous: at least 1 year of experience in the field and good knowledge of Rokytnice v Orlických horách and surrounding area - independence, responsibility, organizational skills, communication skills, reliability - knowledge of PC work (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) - driver's license category B. Job responsibilities: - directs the activities of road maintenance outside regular working hours, is responsible for road passability during the winter period in the assigned territory - maintains prescribed documentation of the dispatcher service operations for winter maintenance - monitors weather development and forecasts, records data into prescribed documentation, informs other dispatchers based on development and evaluation - directs the deployment of crews and equipment depending on weather development for winter maintenance performance, or mitigation of passability issues resulting from adverse weather conditions within the scope of the approved winter maintenance plan - declares readiness for external contracted winter maintenance suppliers within contractual conditions, orders the start and end of work execution based on weather development - confirms documents recording their performance for further processing - provides dispatcher and information service through notifications in the web application at designated times - collects information about road passability in the assigned territory and evaluates its significance for winter maintenance performance. Work on a Work Activity Agreement, 16-hour shifts from 2 PM to 6 AM, shifts mainly on weekdays Monday through Saturday morning, in the period November through March of the new year.
