About the Role of Dispatcher / Transport Manager As a Dispatcher or Transport Manager, you have a central function in the operation and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on transports in an efficient and cost-effective manner. We would like to see that you have: Experience in transport management, dispatching, or logistics planning Strong administrative skills and system knowledge Ability to prioritize and make decisions under time pressure Good communication skills in Swedish and English A solution-oriented and service-minded approach to work It is a plus if you have experience with transport management systems (TMS), warehouse or business systems, as well as knowledge of transport and logistics chains.
