You receive and prioritize service requests, plan technicians' work, and ensure that the right expertise and resources are in place. The role involves following cases from incoming fault reports to completed work orders and ensuring that both customer communication and administrative follow-up maintain high quality. You handle both scheduled service operations and urgent cases and must continuously prioritize based on factors such as customer needs, technicians' expertise, and geographic location. You have no formal personnel responsibility, but an important part of the role is being able to direct and follow up on technicians' work daily. In the role, you will among other things: Receive, assess, and prioritize service requests Plan and coordinate technicians' work based on expertise, availability, and geography Prepare and follow up work orders from incoming request to completed assignment Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and internal functions Ensure correct reporting and documentation for billing The role is based in Piteå and involves close collaboration with the local service organization and technicians in the region. During the introduction, a large part of the training takes place at Kalmar Solutions' office in Kista, which means you need to be prepared to spend parts of the first weeks in Stockholm. Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Experience from a role where you've worked with coordination, service planning, administration, or similar Technical background or work experience that gives you a good understanding of machinery, vehicles, mechanics, or technical equipment Good system skills and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with digital systems Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing B driving license We also consider it a merit if you have: Experience from a workshop, automotive, transport, industrial, or service industry Experience with the SAP business system Experience working with Google Workspace To succeed in the role, you are thorough, structured, and communicative. You have an easy time getting an overview and prioritizing when multiple cases need to be handled simultaneously. You are confident in making decisions and can clearly direct and follow up on technicians' work, even though you don't have formal personnel responsibility. You have a solution-oriented approach and enjoy being the one who holds multiple parts of the process together. At the same time, you are careful to work according to established working methods and processes. Because the role combines technical issues with administration, it's important that you can both understand the technical context and have an eye for details, systems, and costs.
