About the role of Dispatcher/Transport Manager As a Dispatcher or Transport Manager, you have a central function in the operation and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on transports in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Common tasks may include: Planning and optimization of transports Daily contact with drivers, customers, and transport providers Handling deviations and quick reprioritizations Following up on deliveries and transport flows Administration in business and transport systems Ensuring delivery quality and customer satisfaction Resource and capacity planning We are looking for you Your background may vary, but we believe you have experience from transport, logistics, traffic management, or similar operations. We would like to see that you have: Experience in transport management, dispatching, or logistics planning Good administrative skills and system knowledge Ability to prioritize and make decisions under time pressure Good communication skills in Swedish and English A solution-oriented and service-focused approach It is a merit if you have experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS), warehouse or business systems, as well as knowledge of transport and logistics chains.
