In your role as a systems specialist and coordinator for IT and digitalization in the care administration, you will contribute to providing our operations with the conditions to thrive in tomorrow's digital world. Through close collaboration with operations, managers, system owners, system administrators, and systems specialists, as well as with the municipality's central functions, you will work together with others in the digital development team to increase goal fulfillment across all care administration operations. Together with system owners and two other systems specialists within the care administration, you are responsible for driving and coordinating the development of user functions around business systems, digitalization, and welfare technology. Your main tasks include: - Acting as a systems specialist for the authority department and handling ongoing system administration. - Ensuring that systems support business processes and that information in systems is correct and secure. - Assisting in formulating IT requirements from an operational perspective. - Providing user support, training various user groups, and writing and updating user manuals, quick reference guides, and training materials. - Troubleshooting together with users, vendors, and the Service Desk, and coordinating administration activities such as system testing coordination. - Performing administration activities on behalf of system owners. - Acting as one of the administration's data protection coordinators (DSS) with the task of monitoring GDPR compliance and providing independent advice. - Responsibility for establishing PUB agreements, the administration's compliance with NIS2, and information security. - Assisting with vendor contract follow-up together with the system administrator as needed. Beyond this, you are expected to monitor the external environment and coordinate the administration's digital initiatives and development. You drive and follow up the administration's initiatives for digital work and participate in various networks and projects. We are looking for someone who has: - A university or college degree relevant to operations-focused IT management, or other equivalent competence - Broad general knowledge of IT-related issues - At least several years of experience with systems development - Experience in change management and digitalization - Experience coordinating and communicating between operations and IT - Experience leading others, for example as a coordinator and/or administration/project manager - Experience leading projects related to digitalization - Experience from the public sector and its IT systems - Good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing We consider it a merit if you have: - Experience with the NIS2 directive, PUB agreements, GDPR, the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) regulations, or security protection - Worked as a data protection officer coordinator - Experience training and supporting operations on security and data protection matters To succeed in this role, you are proactive, relationship-building, and service-oriented. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on your work. You have a strategic perspective on digitalization and operational development while being analytical and solution-oriented. Through your strong collaboration and communication skills, you build strong relationships and create engagement. You enjoy driving development initiatives and translating needs into sustainable, operationally relevant solutions.
