DIGITAL DEVELOPER / WEB & IT Do you want to take significant responsibility for digital development in a fast-growing company? Brand & Utrymningskontroll is in an expansion phase and is now strengthening the organization with an internal resource dedicated to web and digital development. We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with business acumen and wants to work closely with the business with great opportunities to make an impact. The role includes both further development of our digital presence and participation in developing new digital services, systems, and customer solutions. YOUR ROLE You will work with, among other things: · development and management of websites and digital services · landing pages and digital customer flows · integrations between web, CRM, and other systems · forms, automation, and lead management · analytics, conversion measurement, and technical SEO · APIs and system integrations · hosting, domains, and technical operations · development and implementation of new digital features · AI-based tools and automation · ongoing technical support to the organization Over time, the role will also include broader responsibility for the company's digital environment and parts of the internal IT function. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Your current title is less important. You might currently work as, for example, a web developer, digital developer, full-stack developer, or at a web agency and feel that you're ready to take on greater independent responsibility. We believe you have experience in several of the following areas: · modern web development · HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript · CMS solutions · frontend development · Git/version control · APIs and integrations · hosting, DNS, and domains · analytics and conversion measurement · SEO · UX and digital user flows Experience with, for example, React/Next.js, Node.js, Python, .NET, databases, Azure/AWS, Microsoft 365, AI integrations, or app development is a plus. You don't need to know everything. However, we expect you to be able to figure out what you don't already know. THE PERSON IS AT LEAST AS IMPORTANT AS THE TECHNOLOGY We're looking for someone who is self-driven, curious, and solution-oriented. You enjoy going from idea to working solution and thrive in an environment where decision-making is fast and the pace can be high. You also need to understand the business behind the technology. For us, a technically perfect solution is uninteresting if it doesn't create value for the customer or the business. You will work alongside management, sales, and external development resources and therefore need to be able to explain technical issues in an understandable way. WHY BRAND & UTRYMNINGSKONTROLL?
