Digital Marketer

Do you want to own the production behind a recruitment company's digital visibility – from SEO, SEM, and WordPress to customer and candidate communications? We're now looking for a Digital Marketer who wants to drive growth through digital marketing. About the role Create, publish, and optimize content and copy for Google, SEO, and AI search Create and optimize landing pages and blog posts, write SEO-optimized copy that ranks on strategic keywords within recruitment Own, create, and analyze Marketing Automation flows (newsletters, customer and candidate communications) Plan, create, and publish ads and campaigns on social media Produce our recurring marketing reports, both internally and as an external industry report To succeed in the role You have hands-on experience with SEM, SEO, and WordPress You're experienced with marketing automation, preferably Active Campaign or equivalent You're comfortable in SEO environments and want to work more with LLMs and AI engines Personal qualities Hands-on mentality: you like getting things done and seeing results Creative and analytical: you understand both content and numbers Brand conscious: you enjoy being part of building something Jobway offers Work close to leadership and shape your role A central role in a forward-thinking entrepreneurial company in strong yet conscious growth Short decision-making paths and direct impact from your work Opportunity to work remote/hybrid, or work from our office at Linnégatan 14 Have we caught your interest?
