In this role, you will become part of AktivBo's marketing and sales team where you work closely with the Business Manager and CEO to strengthen digital presence, generate qualified leads, and create business opportunities across multiple markets. About the Role As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities throughout the entire digital customer journey - from creating interest and driving traffic to converting leads into business opportunities. The role combines both strategic and operational work and includes areas such as digital advertising, content marketing, marketing automation, SEO, SEM, website development, webinars, PR, and events. You will become an important part of AktivBo's continued growth journey and have great opportunities to influence how marketing work develops going forward. Example Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and follow up on digital marketing campaigns. • Manage and develop SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization work. • Create engaging content for website, blog, social media, reports, and PR materials. • Build and optimize landing pages, campaigns, and workflows in HubSpot or similar platform. • Work with lead generation and marketing automation to support sales efforts. • Coordinate webinars, events, and other marketing activities. • Contribute to the development of AktivBo's digital marketing strategy in international markets. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who • Has experience in B2B digital marketing. • Has experience with lead generation and work with SEO and SEM. • Has experience with content marketing and marketing automation. • Has experience driving projects and coordinating activities between different stakeholders. • Has relevant post-secondary education in, for example, marketing, communications, or economics. • Communicates fluently in Swedish and German, both spoken and written. • Has good knowledge of English.
