About the role As Digital Delivery Lead, you are responsible for ensuring that our digital services are stable, flexible, and delivered efficiently. You lead the daily work in our digital development team and ensure that the right things are prioritized at the right time. You will become part of and lead a tight-knit team consisting of nine developers. Together, we face an exciting development journey with ambitious goals for our digital platform, where quality, user value, and sustainability are at the center. The role does not include personnel responsibility, but rather focuses on everyday leadership, coordination, prioritization, and creating the right conditions for the team to succeed. In our digital platform, we have a large number of applications, APIs, services, and integrations with underlying business systems. We work with a mix of technologies where .NET (C#), Node.js/TypeScript, and React Native are the most important. We operate in Azure, with Azure DevOps and GitHub as tools in our daily work. AI tools such as Claude are an integral part of the development workflow. Your main areas of responsibility Lead and coordinate the daily work in the development team according to agile practices. Facilitate standups and other agile ceremonies. Prioritize and follow up on the team's work to ensure progress and delivery. Support the team in technical and business trade-offs. Ensure that requirements are clear, well-developed, and understandable. Work with backlog management and prioritization. Be the natural link between the development team and the business as well as product owners; translate business needs into technical solutions – and technology into business value. Contribute to structure, improvement work, and efficient work processes. Participate in and lead projects and initiatives related to our digital development. Who are you? We believe you have experience from a role as Scrum Master, Digital Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar where you have worked closely with development teams and the business. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and a team player who believes that success is created together. To succeed in this role, we'd like to see that you: Have experience leading or coordinating development teams. Are used to working as a bridge between technology and business, and are driven by creating good communication between the team and stakeholders. Enjoy collaboration and build strong relationships. Have a good understanding of how development teams work and what challenges they face in their daily work. Can translate business requirements into implementable technical solutions. Have strong execution skills and get things done. Are curious about new technology and see the possibilities with AI and digitalization in our daily work. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. What do we offer?
