Create daily meal plans based on children's attendance; maintain daily attendance records for children, verify and reconcile attendance sheets; organize free meals for children; oversee meal organization in groups, inspect how food is distributed and served to children; monitor food waste collection, track and analyze quantities of collected food waste; apply hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) systems and good hygiene practices requirements in the food handling department; inspect kitchen sanitary conditions and self-control implementation; perform internal HACCP inspections (audits); control quality and storage of received food products, quality and quantity of prepared food, production, heat treatment, presentation, distribution, and compliance with hygiene requirements; implement "Milk for Children" and "Promoting Fruit Consumption in Schools" programs; manage and complete documents related to the performance of this position's functions in accordance with the institution's established procedures.
