At Spånga Rehab, we are expanding our team and seeking a licensed dietitian for our core operations. You are a person who: Sees how small changes in eating habits can make a big difference in everyday life Enjoys combining clinic work with team collaboration Has a genuine interest in patient meetings, regardless of background and life situation Knows that good communication – sometimes through an interpreter – is crucial for good treatment Wants to contribute to developing our operations together with colleagues Profile You are a licensed dietitian. Experience from primary care, rehabilitation, or work with chronic diseases is advantageous, but most importantly you are curious, engaged, and want to develop together with us. You have the ability to translate knowledge into practical advice that works in the patient's reality, and you enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with other professions. The Workplace Spånga Rehab is part of Rehab Västra, which comprises four clinics in the western part of Stockholm: Bromma, Kista, Spånga, and Ekerö. Our mission is primary care rehabilitation within Patient Choice, which includes: Clinic work Home visits Assistive device trials Team-based home rehabilitation The operations employ dietitians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and receptionists. The clinic in Spånga also operates a neuro team with speech-language pathologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists – however, this position is for our core operations, not the neuro team. Job Responsibilities As a dietitian with us, you will primarily work within our core operations with: Assessment and treatment of patients needing diet-related counseling and support Individual visits at the clinic, sometimes home visits when needed Diet treatment for conditions such as overweight, malnutrition, gastrointestinal issues, metabolic diseases, and other conditions where diet is significant Group-based interventions, patient education, and collaboration with other professions Documentation, planning, and follow-up in accordance with current guidelines You will be part of a team with physiotherapists and other rehabilitation professionals, and collaborate closely with other healthcare providers around the patient.
