About the Operation Welcome to the Dietitian Service at Region Dalarna! We are strengthening our operations and seeking a new colleague for primary care. The Dietitian Service is a region-wide operation within the Division of Medical Services. Our dietitians are placed at Dalarna's four hospitals and work together in a close and well-functioning network where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and collegial support are a natural part of everyday work. Job Responsibilities As a dietitian in primary care, you will have a clear and defined role focused on nutritional treatment for patients at risk of malnutrition, malnutrition, underweight, COPD, IBS, and celiac disease. Patient meetings can take place by phone, digitally, or at our dietitian clinics. You will also participate in group activities at health centers in the areas of COPD, diabetes, and healthy eating habits. Our work is based on science and proven experience and follows a structured care process with assessment, evaluation, treatment, and follow-up as the foundation. Together, we continuously develop our working methods, treatment approaches, routines, and information materials to ensure high quality in our operations. The role also includes contributing nutritional expertise to other professional groups through consultation, support, and training initiatives.
