Develop and deploy dexterous robotic manipulation systems for 120ft's autonomous microfactories. Design, build, and integrate robotic grippers/hands, actuators, and sensors, and develop the control and motion-planning software that lets robots grasp, handle, and assemble parts reliably in an automated production environment. Build test rigs and run hardware-in-the-loop testing, verification, and validation to ensure robust real-world performance. Work hands-on across mechanical design (CAD), electronics integration, and software (Python/C++, MATLAB/Simulink) in a cross-functional team to bring manufacturing closer to creators. M.Sc. in Autonomous Systems / Robotics (or equivalent) and a background in mechanical/mechatronics engineering. Hands-on experience with robotic actuators and servomotors, sensors and sensor fusion, hardware integration, prototyping, and wiring/assembly. Strong skills in control, dynamics and motion control, and in modeling/simulation (MATLAB, Simulink, Simscape). Programming in Python and C++. Experience designing and testing robotic manipulation subsystems, including HIL testing, verification and validation. CAD/mechanical design proficiency (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, GD&T, DFM). Works well in interdisciplinary teams; professional English.
