About the Role As a DevOps specialist, you will contribute to an important part of developing Sweden's power system through active management and further development of our most critical applications within the balancing area – the systems that ensure balance between electricity production and consumption. In this role, you work closely with solution architects, system owners, other DevOps engineers, and testers in an agile team. You contribute technical expertise, improvement initiatives, and strategic competence to advance complex matters. You are also responsible for management, operations, incident handling, development, automation, and improvement of the organization's CI/CD flows, infrastructure, and platform-related services. Key Responsibilities: Drive and develop DevOps practices with a focus on automation, CI/CD, and continuous improvement. Manage and further develop development platforms, tools, and container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift). Implement scalable, secure, and robust container and microservices solutions with Kafka integration. Automate infrastructure, deployment flows, and operational processes using modern DevOps tools and Infrastructure as Code. Ensure high availability, performance, security, and observability through monitoring, logging, and tracking. Participate in technical requirements definition, architecture work, and platform development in collaboration with architects, other IT functions, and development teams. Handle troubleshooting, incidents, root cause analysis, and drive improvement initiatives. Support development teams with tools and efficient practices throughout the development lifecycle. Assist with advanced testing, including load, security, and integration testing. Act as a mentor and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and competence development within the team.
