Responsibilities In your role as Deputy Site Manager, you will among other things: Support the site manager in daily work on the project site, including planning and follow-up Take operational responsibility for parts of the project or specific work tasks on site Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers in daily operations Contribute to ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety requirements on site Participate in safety rounds, site visits, and coordination meetings Follow up on deviations, risks, and measures, and report to the site manager Provide support and serve as a contact point for contractors and other stakeholders on site in the site manager's absence Participate in construction meetings and contribute to good documentation and follow-up Your Profile We believe you will thrive in this role if you are committed, organized, and solution-oriented.
