Job Responsibilities In your role as Deputy Site Manager, you will, among other things: Support the Site Manager in daily work on the project site, including planning and follow-up Take operational responsibility for parts of the project or specific work tasks on site Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers in daily operations Contribute to ensuring that work environment and safety requirements are met on site Participate in safety rounds, site visits, and coordination meetings Follow up on deviations, risks, and measures, and report to the Site Manager Provide support and serve as a contact point for contractors and other stakeholders on site in the Site Manager's absence Participate in construction meetings and contribute to good documentation and follow-up Your Profile We believe you are engaged, structured, and solution-oriented to thrive in this role. You are confident in your expertise and enjoy working closely with people in project environments. We would like to see that you: Have experience in a similar role, such as deputy site manager, work supervisor, or site manager in construction or industry Have experience with or interest in technically complex projects, preferably in energy, industry, or data centers Have good knowledge of work environment, safety work, and applicable regulations Are experienced in collaborating with and coordinating subcontractors Are communicative and experienced in working with various stakeholders Speak and write Swedish and English fluently Hold a valid Class B driver's license For questions, you are welcome to contact: Martin Jensen – [email protected] Mattias Eriksson – [email protected]
