Job Responsibilities In your role as Deputy Site Manager, you will among other things: Support the site manager in daily work at the project site, including planning and follow-up Take operational responsibility for parts of the project or specific work tasks on site Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers in daily operations Contribute to ensuring that work environment and safety requirements are met on site Participate in safety rounds, site visits, and coordination meetings Follow up on deviations, risks, and measures, and report to the site manager Be a support and point of contact for contractors and other stakeholders on site in the site manager's absence Participate in construction meetings and contribute to good documentation and follow-up Your Profile To thrive in this role, we believe you are engaged, structured, and solution-oriented. You are confident in your expertise and enjoy working closely with people in project environments.
