On December 1, 2026, Boreal takes over the contract for service transport taxi in Skellefteå! Qualifications We are looking for someone with previous experience in the taxi industry. You have the ability to inspire and lead teams in a dynamic environment. If you have previous documented experience in team leadership, that is an advantage. You see opportunities instead of problems and take ownership of your work, focusing on improvement and learning when something doesn't go as planned. You express yourself freely in Swedish and communicate professionally and clearly. To ensure smooth operations, it is important that you have good planning skills and are accustomed to working in a structured manner. Basic IT skills and a class B driver's license are required; a taxi driver's license is a merit. Your Responsibilities and Tasks In the role of depot manager, you will be a support to the department manager for taxi in various matters related to personnel, operations, and finance. You are responsible for maintaining a well-organized, safe, and functional depot environment and ensuring that routines for workplace safety, fire protection, charging/refueling, and security are followed. The role involves working with traffic management to address sudden changes and operational deviations. You are responsible for planning and following up on service, inspections, tire changes, repairs, and damage claims in close cooperation with the technical manager. You actively work to support and develop employees in their professional roles and help build a motivated, competent, and successful team.
