We are looking for a colleague for the position of day receptionist in a small hotel near Mariánské Lázně on a permanent basis. Also suitable for graduates. Short x long week MON-FRI 8:00-20:00, SAT-SUN 7:00-19:00. Experience welcome. German language skills required. English an advantage. Job responsibilities: ensuring smooth reception operations - guest check-in and check-out - providing information about hotel services and surroundings - handling guest requests and inquiries - working with the reservation system - processing related administrative tasks - communicating with other hotel departments.
